Tuesday Tip -Just say no!
Chapter 3 in Elisabeth Wilson's book Stress Proof Your Life discusses the need to SAY NO!!! Too much of our time is spent doing things we don't want to do but just can't say no to the person asking. Her tip, say "let me think about that and get back to you" whenever someone asks you to do something. That will give you time to think about whether or not you really want to/have time to do it. This is one tip I'm still working on!
