I didn't think it was going to be Marvelous today. I was slightly worried that I'd have to skip my "Marvelous Monday" post this week. I spent the day trying to pay attention to EVERYTHING in hopes of finding SOMETHING worth writing about. Today was just one of those gloomy days in Juneau PLUS I didn't sleep well last night PLUS it's Alaska Day and in my mind I should get the day off too!!!
I love it when things arrive in the mail on just the right day! Today, in my school mailbox I had a Thank You note from my sweet friend Molly. Then, when I got home from work there was a letter from my long-time friend, Charisa. She had written the sweetest card that was PERFECT and just what I needed to hear today. She also sent me a beautiful pair of earrings from Morocco.
So, despite the icky rain and my "bad-attude" (as Adam would call it) I had a really Marvelous Monday.

I'm so glad you had something to make your Monday Marvelous! Sometimes it can be hard to find the good in an otherwise lousy day and I'm so glad you can. I know I've mentioned this before, but I sometimes think about your cute posts and quietly remind myself to find the marvelous in each day!
