Healthy Chocolate Milkshakes!


Adam and I have been loving our banana milkshakes but the other night I decided to change it up a little bit and make chocolate milkshakes. We were pleased to find that they were just as delicious as any real chocolate shake and WAY better for you. All you need are a few frozen bananas, chocolate soy milk, whip cream and peanut butter. Blend the frozen bananas and chocolate soy milk together until it's nice and smooth, poor it in your favorite cup and top with a little whipped cream and peanutbutter. Enjoy!
